6th Intervention

What did we do

This week we implanted our 6th Intervention into our client. This week we continued with the same thing as last week which was exercise 4 times a week for 30 minutes, put her phone down 30 minutes before bed, meditate for times a week, go for a nice long walk and only decaffeinated drinks after 4 pm. For the personal choice, she chose to make some cookies for her family which is something that she loves doing, After she did these techniques we collected the data and put into a table.

Are you happy with your progress since the start of the intervention? Yes, My stress levels have decreased and I have gotten more sleep.

Are you going to continue the intervention? Yes I am because it has been so helpful and I have been happier and well rested. I would like to continue feeling this way.

What I think

I think that this weeks intervention went extremely well as her stress levels have decreased from a 7 to a 1, and her sleep has increased 2 hours which is what we aimed for. This indicates that we have been successful in our intervention.
