5th Intervention

What did we do

This week we implanted our 5th Intervention into our client. This week we continued with the same thing as last week which was exercise 4 times a week for 30 minutes, put her phone down 30 minutes before bed, meditate for times a week, go for a nice long walk and only decaffeinated drinks after 4 pm. For the personal choice, she chose to bake a cake which is something that she loves doing, After she did these techniques we collected the data and put into a table.

Client feedback

How do you think the intervention is going? I think it is going great, I have finally have a good sleep. This intervention has been very helpful, and I thank you guys very much for it.

How are you feeling? I am very refreshed and energized everyday when I wake up in the morning. I haven’t slept this well in a long time.

Did you enjoy baking? Yes, because it relaxed me and gave me some time to think. It was also nice to have some me time.

What I think

I think that this weeks intervention went great again. We are defiantly helping her improve her sleep and she is enjoying the techniques as well. Her stress levels are continuously decreasing and it is taking her less time to fall asleep which means that our intervention is working.
