4th Intervention

What did we do

This week we implanted our 4th Intervention into our client. This week we made her exercise for 30 minutes 4 times a week, put her phone down 30 minutes before bed, meditate 4 times a week, take a hot bath once, go for a nice long walk with her family and do something she loved – scrap booking. This week we went further to research what we could do to help her get a deeper sleep, and the website said to stick to water and other decaffeinated drinks before bed. Caffeine, alcohol, and nicotine may make it harder to get a good night’s rest. (Ashley Marcin. 2018). After she did all these techniques, we collected the data and put it into a table.

Client feedback

How do you think the intervention is going? I think it is going well, it’s been really succesful and i enjoy doing it. It has helped my sleep and mental health and their is nothing I don’t like or want to change.

Did you enjoy scrap booking? Yes it wa great to have some me time and I havn’t done scarp booking in forever, so it was a lot of fun!

How are you feeling? I am feeling great, very refreshed in the mornings when I wake up, I barely feel tired anymore which is great.

Do you are sleeping better? Yes defiantly, I haven’t slept this well in years, the Intervention has been very helpful.

What I think

I think that the Intervention is going really well, we haven’t had any complaints and our client is enjoying it. She is getting much better sleep now that we have implanted all of our techniques to her. Her stress levels are still decreasing which tells us that our techniques are relaxing her. She is starting to get deeper sleeps which is what we were aiming for.
