What did we do
This week we implanted our 3rd Week Intervention into our client. This week she was able to exercise, so we made her exercise 3 times a week for 30 minutes along with putting her phone down 30 minutes before bed, meditating 4 times a week and taking a hot bath once. We went further and added a clients choice of something that she would like to do and she chose to make herself some cookies. After she did all of these techniques we collected the data and put it into the table.

Client Feedback
How do you think the Intervention is going? I really enjoyed having a bath and baking cookies, it was really nice to treat myself this week and hopefully I can do it next week. I don’t want the intervention to change, I really like it as it is.
Do you feel more relaxed? Yes I do because of the meditation continuing and taking a hot bath. Those techniques really help me be more relaxed for bed.
How deep is your sleep? My sleep isn’t too deep so it would be great to improve on that as the intervention continues.
Do you feel less tired? Yes, I do feel less tired. I am sleeping much better than before the intervention started.
What I think
I think this week went smoothly and our intervention is working. Her sleep increased, how long it took to fall asleep decreased and she was less stressed which indicates that what we are implementing is working. We can tell that the meditation is helping her a lot to make her more relaxed and ready for bed. She is still not getting deep sleeps so my partner and I will do further research into helping her get deeper sleeps and implement the strategies into next weeks Intervention. We have seen that our client is more happy and less stressed which indicates that we are doing the right thing.
