2nd Intervention

What did we do?

This week my partner and I implanted our second week into our client. This week we went further into getting her more relaxed and ready for bed. We made her meditate 3 times a week and take a hot bath. Again also we made her put her phone down 30 minutes before bed. Unfortunately she cannot exercise again this week because her back. By her doing these techniques we calculated her sleep and stress again and put more information in our table.

Client Feedback

To ensure this week went well again, we asked our client many questions to get her opinion on what went well and what we can improve on. These are the questions we asked:

How do you think the intervention is going? “The intervention is went well this week. I didn’t get to exercise this week which was a shame but I hope I can in the next couple of weeks. Meditation and the bath really helped me relax before bed which was good.”

Is there anything you want us to change or implement? “I would like to do more meditation and relaxing techniques because they really helped me sleep on the days that I did do them.”

How are your stress levels? My stress levels have gotten better because of the meditation I did throughout the week. I was still a little bit stressed because of my back and corona virus.

What I think

This week went well in my opinion. Although she was still getting the same amount of sleep, her stress levels had decreased because of the meditation and the hot bath which is really good. Next week we will make her do more meditation as she requested because it made her calm ready for bed.

I still think our Intervention is successful because it didn’t take her long to fall asleep and her stress levels are decreasing. We still have many weeks to help her increase her sleep.
