Our Client

The client is 53-year-old women who has a very busy and stressful life. She struggles with falling asleep due to all the stress she has of having a busy job and doing everyday house jobs such as cooking dinner, making breakfast and cleaning. Our client is also very heavily involved in her daughter’s sport which affects her sleep as she stresses over big basketball matches, they have. A short-term goal is to make her more relaxed and less stressed out, having less screen time which will improve her sleeping habits. A long-term goal is giving her a better sleep routine to keep throughout stressful weeks.
