An Introduction

The big question is how will I change life? The assessment task is to find a client and helping them improve their health whether its physical, social or emotional health. This task interests me because we are helping and supporting a person who needs help having a healthier lifestyle.

“A healthy lifestyle has both short and long term health benefits. Long term, eating a balanced diet, taking regular exercise and maintaining a healthy weight can add years to your life and reduce the risk of certain diseases including cancer, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis and obesity.”
